WHO WE ARE
We are Antony and Vince Mistretta, two brothers who have trained together for years. We have turned our love for health and fitness into our everyday lives, where we share our knowledge and passion to all of our members.
We have both been heavily involved in a wide range of disciplines to help achieve an athletic and lean physique, but we also pride ourselves in the importance of fitness to ensure a healthy lifestyle.
